Our prices

A room usually costs CHF 190.-- per night. (Special dates excluded)

The minimum/maximum number of nights that can be booked is 1-30 nights.

The booking is made online, you pay by credit card and receive a confirmation email.

There is a discount for longer stays:

4-7 days 170.-- CHF per night

8-14 days 155.-- CHF per night

We would be happy to issue a voucher for an overnight stay with us.

 

 

Arrivals and Departures

Check-In from 3 to 5 p.m. A keybox is available for late arrivals for self-check-in. Please let us know your approximate arrival time.

Check-Out until 11 p.m.

Attention: Come by public transport, we don't have any parking spaces!

Public parking is available in the blue zone. Daily tickets can be ordered online. Besides that parking spaces with parking meter for short term vists are available (white zone). These are limited to 30 minutes or 2-4 hours.

 

Breakfast

For breakfast, a number of bars and cafés are available within a short walking distance. A list with addresses is posted on the notice board.
A small coffee machine and tea are always available.

 

Good to know

• Free Wi-Fi
• Bed sheets and towels are provided in the room and included in the price
• None of the rooms have a TV
• A laundry service is nearby: Cleanzone
• Pets are not allowed
• Our house is a non-smoking area
• The kitchen appliances must not be used.

Cancellation conditions

• up to 10 days before arrival free of charge
• 10th to 5th day of arrival: 30 % of the rental price
• from the 4th day to the booked date: 80 % of the rental price

 

Our location

We are easily accessible by public transport. 10 minutes by tram no. 3 from the main station, 10 minutes by foot from Wiedikon train station.

• Bahnhof Wiedikon
• Bäckeranlage (Tram No. 8 and Bus No. 31)
